Workshop Terms and Conditions

General Information

By registering for and participating in the collage art workshop organized by Screaming Monkeys you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, creative, and inclusive environment for all participants.

 

Registration and Payment

All workshop fees must be paid in full upon registration to confirm your spot.

Payments are non-refundable unless the workshop is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer.

In case of unforeseen personal circumstances, participants may be allowed to transfer their spot to another person, subject to organizer approval.

 

Participation Requirements

Participants must be at least 16+ years old.

The workshop may require participants to move around and engage in hands-on activities; participants must ensure they are physically able to do so.

Materials will be provided unless otherwise specified.

 

Workshop Conduct

Respect for others and the environment is critical. Disruptive behavior or disrespect towards the instructor or fellow participants will not be tolerated.

Participants are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace during and after the session.

The workshop will promote the use of eco-friendly practices, so please be mindful of waste and the materials you use.

 

Safety and Liability

While all efforts will be made to provide a safe environment, participants are responsible for their own safety during the workshop.

The organizer will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the workshop.

Please inform the instructor of any allergies or medical conditions that might affect your participation.

 

Photography and Media Release

The workshop may be documented with photographs or videos for promotional purposes. By participating, you agree to allow Screaming Monkeys to use any images or footage of you and your work for promotional material, unless you explicitly opt out in writing prior to the event.

 

Cancellation and Changes

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop in case of insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond their control. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes, and a full refund will be provided in case of cancellation by the organizer.

 

Intellectual Property

All artwork created during the workshop remains the intellectual property of the participant. However, participants may be asked to share their work for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit given.

 

Data Protection

Any personal data provided during registration will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of workshop organization and communication.
